Traditional method (second fermentation in the bottle) sparkling wine. Aged on the lees for 36 months. The wine is named for the farmhouse where it’s made: “Can Tutusaus” and the date references the age of the oldest wine fermentation tank in the cellar still in use today. Dry and creamy - apples, pears, dried fruits and spices with toasty notes from the long bottle ageing. Suitable for vegans.
